Ronald McDonald House

Our ward came together and collected items for the Savannah Ronald McDonald House wish list. After Elder Cory Fife's accident we had an overwhelming amount of members who wanted to help the Fife family and this was the perfect way.

Mitch and I delivered the items this morning and we took a tour of the center. Mindy, one of the program managers, gave us a great tour. We were touched by how grateful they were and I know, as a ward, we helped make a little bit of a difference.

Mindy spoke so highly of the Fife family. Last week they returned to Utah and Cory will continue to recover there. Today his family posted some pictures on Elder Fife's blog of him smiling. They also said he has a strong desire to continue his mission at the MTC in Provo. Amazing. We will definitely miss seeing his family, but are so thankful the Lord has heard all of our prayers.
