Boiled Peanuts & Alligators

One of the things the South is known for are boiled peanuts. I am not even a huge fan, but I can't help but want to pop a few now and then. My nephew, Tyler, joined the family in Savannah while my parents were here. When he saw the signs for boiled peanuts we had to make a special stop. He used to live in Atlanta so he took a little trip down memory lane.

The Crab Shack, located between Wilmington and Tybee Islands, is a fun restaurant to at least do a drop by. The atmosphere is great. Plus, Ty got a kick out of feeding the live alligators.
